Pot Luck
He asked “Do you believe in lucky numbers?
And in the usual tradition I replied (with conviction) ” I believe in magic numbers; 9, 7, 13, 19, 23…”
As some of you might have heard, I was scheduled for an audition yesterday for a game of sheer luck. Having had an experience in auditioning for a broadcast program before, let’s just say I was much more relaxed this time around. They toughest code to crack still lies in knowing what is in the head of the producer. Unlike my first experience, this time I didn’t feel like I lost myself when I walked into the room and more importantly I actually was having fun during the interview.
I feel good.
But now the outcome will lie entirely on luck. So if you ask me if I believe in luck? Yes, many things are within our control, but there is a higher law that takes charge of it all.
The next two weeks will determine if there will be any drastic change of course for the next few years to come.
I am not all that anxious (I have learnt), but I am still curious nonetheless!
