recent days have been spent alternating between matters of the heart and that of the pocket.
between lust and loans, i chased luck in lure.
yesterday you were high, tomorrow you’ll be crying.
let there be no time to entertain the melancholic side of events.
how can i sleep when i am already living the dream.
then i woke up and reality confronts.
i am dragged back into life.
